Carpenter

A craftsman who takes pride in tight joints and clean lines. What you'll be doing: installing trim, baseboards and crown molding, building custom shelving and built-ins, installing and repairing doors, and handling rot repair and wood replacement.

Door & Window Pro

Detail work that keeps homes secure and efficient. What you'll be doing: installing interior and entry doors, fitting hardware and locks, repairing window balances, screens and weatherstripping, and sealing everything tight against Florida weather.

Drywall Pro

Repairs so smooth nobody can find them. What you'll be doing: patching holes and cracks, hanging and finishing new drywall, matching knockdown and orange peel textures, and leaving every wall paint-ready.

Electrician

Safe, code-first fixture work across Tampa Bay. What you'll be doing: installing ceiling fans and light fixtures, replacing outlets, switches and dimmers, setting up smart devices and TV mounts, and keeping every job safe and by the book.

Be the friendly face of the company. What you'll be doing: introducing neighbors to our services door-to-door, distributing flyers, collecting leads for the sales team, and representing the brand professionally in every conversation. No experience needed, and we'll train the right person.

Marketing

Tell Tampa Bay our story. What you'll be doing: creating and posting social content, collecting reviews and job-site photos, running local campaigns, and keeping our brand sharp and consistent everywhere it appears.

Office Support

Keep the whole operation humming. What you'll be doing: scheduling and dispatching crews, answering customer calls and follow-ups, helping with records and invoicing, and coordinating between the field and the office.

Project Manager

Own projects from kickoff to walkthrough. What you'll be doing: managing day-to-day operations on residential projects, coordinating service pros and suppliers, tracking budgets and timelines, and quality-checking our high standards on every job.

Salesperson

Help homeowners say yes with confidence. What you'll be doing: reaching out to inbound and outbound leads, understanding each client's goals, preparing clear and honest estimates, and building long-term relationships with integrity.
